You’ve got this - you just need to believe that you do. 

I wrote this program in response to the hundreds of messages I’d get from those following my weight loss journey on social media. They all had the same questions - how do you do it? How do you stay motivated? How do you keep going? How do you not give up? So, I started looking at what I did each day and wrote it down and developed a program that is based on changing mindset, learning about good eating habits, movement and self-love. I wanted it to stand out from other programs that I’d seen (and been part of) and I wanted it to be inclusive, supportive and one where you set the goal you want to achieve in the 28 days but are supported every step of the way to get there.

28 days of MFLF is a program that I designed to help you take control of your health and fitness.

28 days of MFLF is NOT a meal plan, it is not a magic pill, it is not a quick fix, it is not a simple solution and it is not always going to be easy BUT I will help you work on establishing better eating habits, I will teach you the tips and tricks that I have learnt over the last 18 months I’ll show you how that although there is no simple solution, you can put in place simple things that will result in massive changes and although it’s not always going to be easy, it’s going to be worth it.

28 days of MFLF is NOT a program where there are thousands of other people doing it at the same time as you. I’ve been part of a few groups where they are just way too big to get the one-on-one help that you need and it’s so frustrating. I felt like a small fish in a huge pond and I found I couldn’t chat to the person who wrote the program and they were the reason I signed up to begin with. Each group will have up to 12 participants. I do this so that I am able to work with each individual to help them achieve their goals.

What can I expect after I’ve signed up?

After you’ve signed up, you’ll be sent a starter pack which will contain everything you’ll need to complete the program (and heaps of extra goodies!). You’ll be added to a secret Facebook group where there will be up to 11 other participants who will also be taking part in that round with you. I’ll help you learn to set goals that you’ll be able to achieve, I’ll share recipes, hints, tips, things to help keep you motivated, exercises (that are delivered by my personal trainer) and heaps more! I’ll be that push and shove you need and will help keep you accountable so at the end of the 4 weeks you can say you did it and feel accomplished. I will be there every step of the way.

Cost

The 28 day program is $150. Do you have a friend that you’d like to do it with? Sign up together and you’ll both receive $10 off. Once you’ve finished the program, you’ll be added to a group of 28 days of MFLF graduates where you’ll be able to continue to receive support and inspiration from not just me but each other.
